Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. No refunds will be given for any reason. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please contact email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please do not call the phone number listed on this website they will only refer you to this page. Everything must be handled via email.
For retail customers please send over a copy of the receipt and photos of damages. Also we will request a copy of a valid photo ID for any return regardless of the customer.
For retail stores if any customer has any returns within 7 days please feel free to accept their returns and we will issue you a credit on your account for future purchases. Please provide us with photos of the damages or defected goods. Please remember customers must be of legal age to purchase these products.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
For international customers we can ship via freight forwarders or the country of your choice. there will be an added cost for any orders outside the continental USA
